Geoff Penn – FLPI, Chartered MCIPD

Geoff has worked in the field of education and training for his entire working life, and also has a great enthusiasm for computers and technology. It naturally follows that his passion is training people on how to use technology so that it can start making a difference to their work and to their lives.

He is a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development.

Having spent many years in the physical classroom, Geoff now also specialises in the online classroom; he is a facilitator for the renown COLF (Certified Online Learning Facilitator) and CDOL (Certificate in Designing Online Learning) courses from the LPI.

Before establishing himself as an independent training consultant in 2004, Geoff previously (among others) worked for:

• Virgin Atlantic Airways in Crawley where he managed the IT training team
• WDR Training & Consultancy in Horsham, where he implemented desktop training
• American Express in Brighton, to implement a PC training team
